Setting up account

Wendy: I have created an account for mom, dad and shirley. When I went to do the test - shuya family page is not showing up so that they can post? Did I need to respond on their personal email addresses to the links you sent. The three email addresses are: ohay@sasktel.net eazahayko@sasktel and shirleywoytas@sasktel.net. They know their username and password but I am trying to give them instructions on how to do enter a thought but I can't because it is the shuya family thought page is not showing up on their account when I am signed in as them. Am I missing a step?
